Yes, you can sleep with the menstrual cup. You may want to place a liner pad in case the menstrual cup shifts the position in the vaginal canal while you are asleep.
Relax and take a deep breath. A menstrual cup cannot travel farther than the vaginal canal.
Try to take a squat position and push the cup down as if you are trying to poo. This will help bring the cup down to the vaginal opening.
Also, don't forget to break the seal and pinch a cup instead of pulling the stem only.
You can reuse your earthi cup for up to 10 years.
However, if you happen to notice a sticky or powdery film on the surface of the cup, a foul odor from the cup, if it accidentally falls in the toilet, or you used it while you had a yeast or bacterial infection, please immediately replace it with a new menstrual cup.
Rinse the remains with water, place it in the sterilizing container, fill it up with water, and microwave it for 4-5 mins. It will make it boil so remove the container from the microwave with caution.
Note: Do not cover the container with a lid when in the microwave.
We recommend carrying a small water bottle with a safe drinking water. Use it to rinse a cup while in a publish washroom stall.
